I made 16 Mini Meatloaves so that I could freeze a bunch of them for future use. This is one of my favorite recipes to make. It's pretty easy, not a lot of mess, and tastes great too. This time, I added 2 large cloves of garlic (minced) to give it some extra tasty goodness. In the background, some steamed broccoli.

Here's a closeup of the tray of Mini Meatloaves that are now packed in FoodSaver bags in the freezer. It's great to know I've got something ready to go if ever I'm in a hurry or don't feel like cooking.
