
Asparagus with Curry Butter was suggested today by EatingWell on Facebook. I've been smelling my new curry plant and wanting to make something curry, so this was perfect timing. Quite delicious; I never knew I liked curry so much.
I didn't have any shallots handy, so rather than go to the store I used the white part of some left over green onions from when I made Japanese Chicken-Scallion Rice Bowl a couple days ago. Waste not want not and all that jazz...
Side note: I was surprised to learn today that my curry plant is not where curry comes from! Oh well...
