
I'm not a big fan of cooked Cauliflower, so we used Broccoli instead for Day 7's side dish which I'm calling Broccoli & Couscous Pilaf. (We left out the currants, and subbed broccoli for the cauliflower but otherwise followed the recipe.) We really enjoyed the bit of citrus flavor with the broccoli. Another "keeper" for sure.
