
Tonight we tried a different kind of Buitoni ravioli, Chicken & Four Cheese Ravioli. We chose it because it had fewer calories than their Quattro Formaggi Agnolotti.
Instead of my usual simple red sauce, I changed it up a bit with some lemon olive oil and asparagus. The result is a dish I'm calling, Chicken & Four Cheese Ravioli with Asparagus Red Sauce. There was quite a bit of sauce left over, and I'm not planning on having pasta again tomorrow. Rather than freeze it, I think I'll have the sauce with a couple slices of bread for lunch. That should be tasty!
