Corned Beef Hash with salad and Proscuitto-wrapped Asparagus

It's St. Patrick's Day so I figured some corned beef was in order. Yep, EatingWell.com did not let me down with their Corned Beef Hash.

I'd never had Corned Beef Hash before so I can't compare it. I can only say I liked it a lot.

Also pictured is the Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus and salad with Roasted Garlic Dressing.
