I really wanted to eat the whole Cream Cheese Pound Cake all by myself but I shared w/ everyone else and there's plenty for tomorrow and the next day. I cut this into 20 servings just like the recipe says. By the way, that's not sugar on top that's the flour that coated the pan.

I served the Cream Cheese Pound Cake with a white chocolate covered strawberry (but that wasn't enough, so be sure to look at the other picture too). Notice the color? It may be hard to tell with my lousy photography, but there's little brown speckles in there. That's the whole wheat pastry flour. Tastes great and good for me too -- plus it has cheese in it... Can I just say YUM? I guess I just did. :-)

I had some shaved chocolate handy from when I made the Tiramisu a couple of weeks ago. So I sprinkled about a half teaspoon over the Cream Cheese Pound Cake. The cake is so sweet that the bitterness of the chocolate really gave it a nice balance. (If you haven't seen it already, check out the pic where there's no chocolate to see the true color of the cake.)
