
These herbs are from my garden used in tonight's dinner, Herb-Coated Filet Mignon. Oregano is far left, lemon thyme above the parsley, chives are next and garlic chives far right. The recipe didn't give specific ingredients, so I used what I had on hand.

Tonight we had Herb-Coated Filet Mignon with Herbed Whole Wheat Couscous. The herbs are attached to the side of the meat with Dijon Mustard. We were very leery of the combination of the Dijon and herbs. To our surprise, the Dijon was barely even tasted -- the flavors just blended together so beautifully.

The only thing that could have made this better was more herbs.
