
Wow! We liked the Honey-Soy Broiled Salmon tonight even more than the Salmon with Pepita-Lime Butter (made on 3/5/2010). This was definitely faster and easier to make, which is always nice.
In the background is Roasted Asparagus with Garlic-Lemon Sauce (Thicker than last time, but maybe too think. Oh darn, I'll have to make it again, poor me.). A tiny bit of brown rice went well with the sauce from the salmon.
