
For Brooke's birthday dinner, she chose Indian-Spiced Chicken Pitas. (We celebrated Ambrogio's birthday too. His is 3/17.)
Dan did all the cooking on this one while I was occupied making dessert (which wasn't an Eating Well recipe due to lack of time). Much to my surprise, everyone really liked this recipe.
The serving allotment is 2 filled pitas, but I only ate one to make up for eating the dessert. Everyone was able to fill their own pitas. I of course did not add cucumber to mine.
