This is what Japanese Chicken-Scallion Rice Bowl looks like before you pour it over the rice. I think that the picture on the Eating Well website might not have included the rice either because if you look at the next picture you'll see a big difference in their end result versus mine. (Glad I took this shot to show you!)

I've been waiting to make this recipe for weeks. Something always comes up and I end up choosing something else. It was worth the wait! I loved it and will definitely make it again.

This is what Japanese Chicken-Scallion Rice Bowl really looks like. There's far less liquid to the dish than their picture implies.That's okay though, the liquid tastes great when combined with everything else. It isn't a soup; so no need to have that much liquid in it.
