My parents invited us over for my "little brother's 1st birthday", also known as Oli the silky terrier. Of course, I insisted mom make an EatingWell recipe. This is her 3rd recipe, Lemon Chicken Stir-Fry which she served with Brown Rice. Good job mom!
You may notice there aren't any mushrooms. Mom won't let mushrooms touch the food she eats! ;-)
