
We really love the Turkey & Tomato Panini recipe. We've had them several times the last few days. So I figured they deserve more pictures.
Dan cut the loaf into (from top to bottom) Dan, Mom & Gaetano size slices.

We've gotten more brave with the Turkey & Tomato Panini; we now make 2 at a time and use a wider pan on top to give more coverage. Notice it isn't a deep sauce pan; we're no longer afraid of the cans falling out.

I think I could live on Turkey & Tomato Panini. Instead of basil I used 1/4 teaspoon dill and 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley.
