
Day 11's side was Roasted Asparagus with Garlic-Lemon Sauce, despite the main dish's recommendation. It still fit within the calorie count, so we went for it. We think we may have added more water by mistake, since the sauce was thinner than expected. Still, this was really good -- tangy and garlicky. We'll be making it again for sure.
Note: We left out the anchovies and the hard boiled egg. Less salt, less calories!
