Skillet Gnocchi tonight! (Last time we had Skillet Gnocchi was day 21 which was 3/1/2010. We're on day 36 today.) I thought it'd be fun to show the gnocchi actually in the skillet. If we'd used all the spinach that doubling the recipe called for, it would not have fit in the skillet. This is gonna be on our menu probably once or twice a month now -- it's that good.
