Buitoni's Whole Wheat Three Cheese Tortellini is a family favorite. We've used it to make EatingWell's Baked Tortellini and EatingWell's Tortellini Salad. I've also used it to make a few other recipes of my own that I'm sure at some point will end up on this blog.

If you're ever at my house and take a peek in my fridge, there's a good chance you'll find some tortellini in there. It's my stand-by for when a day doesn't go as planned and I can't make the dinner that I was originally going to prepare (usually because it's gotten late).

Tonight I made Tortellini with Simple Red Sauce. In the few minutes it took to make the pasta, I prepared the sauce. This is one of those in-a-hurry dinners that I can count on to be ready fast and without any fuss.
