Dill Chipotle Spread
January 14, 2011

A good spread can make the difference between an average sandwich and an awesome sandwich. This spread has a flavor that goes great with a roast beef or poultry sandwiches. Just be mindful of the calories; don't overdo it!
Note: The number of calories is highly dependant on the brand of mayonnaise you choose. With 3 tablespoons of mayo, you'd think you'd get 9 teaspoons but usually about a teaspoon's worth is left stuck to the bowl and the mixing spoon. To serve 4, that would be 2 teaspoons per serving. The calories listed are per teaspoon, not per serving. In other words, you've got some math to do to figue out the calories; this is just a generalized amount.
